  Tickets can be purchased in the following ways:
  
  
  • Online – bilety.kswieczysta.com (recommended – fast and efficient)
    
    
  • Fan Store, Kazimierza Chałupnika 16, 31-464 Kraków, opening hours Tuesday-Friday 14:00-19:00 Saturday-Sunday 10:00-15:00.
    
    
  • Stadium ticket offices - Władysława Reymonta 20, 30-059 Kraków, Synerise Arena Kraków - Henryk Reyman Municipal Stadium (ONLY ON MATCH DAY)

  • Go to the website bilety.kswieczysta.com
    
    
  • In the top right corner, click "LOGIN"
    
    
  • Enter your email address and password used during registration.
    
    
  • Click on the event with the selected match.
    
    
  • On the stadium map, choose the sector you are interested in.
    
    
  • Then choose a free seat and click "CART"
    
    
  • The panel will redirect you to the summary.
    
    
  • Choose the ticket type.
    
    
  • Choose the ticket delivery method – "Current Card", "Virtual Card", "Print at Home".
    
    
  • Click "SUMMARY"
    
    
  • In the next tab, you proceed to the payment process.
    
    
  • Choose the payment method suitable for you and pay for the ticket.
    
    
  • Your ticket has been purchased and is available on your account.
    
    Please pay attention to the good print quality of the barcode (if you chose the "Print at Home" delivery method), which is the most important part of the Ticket.
• helpHow many tickets can I buy in one transaction?
  • The limit is 10 tickets.
• helpCan I buy tickets for family / friends?
  • If you have an active account in the system and the details of each of these people, it is possible.
• helpDo I need to have a fan card to buy tickets?
  • No. You should remember to choose the "Print at Home" delivery method. Then the ticket will be available to download to your phone or print.
• helpI am a foreigner living in Poland. I do not have a PESEL number. Can I buy a ticket online?
  • Yes. The procedure on how to do this is described above in the "Fan Account" tab.
• helpDo I have to print the ticket to enter the stadium?
  • No. A ticket saved on your smartphone is sufficient for entry.
• helpCan I pay for a ticket if I have a foreign bank account?
  • Yes.
• helpI forgot my ticket, can I enter the Stadium?
  • Yes. You should go to our Fan Store or the stadium ticket office on the match day. The staff will print the ticket based on your PESEL number.
• helpI am a disabled fan. Do I have to buy a ticket?

• helpCan I return a purchased ticket?
  • According to the Regulations for the sale of tickets, season tickets, and issuing fan cards, you cannot return a ticket, except for the exceptions specified in the regulations.
• helpCan I sit in a place other than the one designated on the ticket?
  • No. Please take seats according to the information provided on the ticket / season ticket.
