helpHow can I purchase a ticket for a person with a disability?
Send a document/scan of your disability certificate to bilety@kswieczysta.com. The administrator will generate the ticket and send it back to you.
In person at the Official Fan Store at Chałupnika Street or at the stadium box office on match day. In both cases, presenting a valid disability certificate is required.
Please do not send copies of a Disability Card or Pensioner ID Card. The only valid document is an official disability evaluation certificate issued by an authorized medical board (e.g., ZUS or Municipal/Voivodeship Disability Board).
