We've created the Friends & Family feature to make your matchdays even better! Add your family and friends to a special list on your account. This makes buying tickets and season passes for Wieczysta games super fast – no more typing in the same details manually every single time.
What is this feature all about?
It’s your control center for group ticketing. In the panel, you can:
👉 Invite family members and matchday buddies to your group.
👉 Quickly accept invites and view linked accounts.
👉 Instantly select the people you go to games with most often.

Friends & Family in action – how to do it?
1️⃣ Go to your account panel and add your loved ones to your group.
2️⃣ When buying a ticket, instead of typing the PESEL/ID, just pick someone from your list.
3️⃣ Got a reserved seat? Choose the game, select seats for you and your friends, and check out.
4️⃣ Buying a ticket or pass – use smooth system suggestions.

A quick guide to Friends & Family
I. How to add a new person?
- Log in and go to 'Your Account'.
- Find the 'Friends and Family' tab.
- Click 'Add' and enter your friend's PESEL or email.
- The invited person will show as 'Pending' until they confirm they want to join your group.
II. How to cancel an invitation?
If you change your mind, you can cancel an invite at any time by simply clicking the trash icon next to the name.
III. How to accept someone's invite?
- Click accept directly in the Friends & Family panel, or use the link sent to your email.
- Done! The status will change to 'Accepted'.
IV. Do I have to accept an invite?
No, if you don't want to, you can simply decline it – either in the panel or via the email link.
V. How to remove someone from the group?
Just click the delete icon next to the person and confirm your choice. Quick and hassle-free.
